SnOw!?!?!

This is what the kids have been doing today. YES! Can you believe we are getting snow. We live in south central Alabama and it is a snow day for the kids. As of yesterday, early afternoon, school had already been canceled for today. I know growing up in Utah and having only one snow day that I can remember, I get a chuckle when everything shuts down. The snow started around 7:30 this morning and it is after 1:00 and it is still coming down, and it looks like it may stick around for a while longer from what the news predicts. All morning the kids were asking if they could go outside, this started around 8:30 and the snow wasn't sticking yet. So finally after 11:00 there was some on the ground that they could actually do something with, so they bundled up and went out. Here is some of the fun they were having.

Of course you have to have a snowball fight.

I think Ryan actually hit Clark here.

Even Aggie had fun being out there. She enjoyed eating the snow and trying to catch the snowballs that were thrown in her direction.

You can't have a snow day without making a snowman.

Taking a break!

Helping each other out.

Finished!! Whew, now for some hot chocolate.

And I can't forget about Andrew!

I walked into the living room one day while Andrew was in his saucer and this is how he had put his pacifier in his mouth. He loves to mimic us.

Isn't he just so cute. I love the pictures with his teeth. He is cutting two more right now, but they aren't his top middle teeth they are his "vampire" teeth. How cute will that be!! They need to hurry and get here, I am tired of the chewing on everything, he prefers our fingers and yes I have been bitten while I wasn't paying attention to where he was putting my finger.

Guess who is 6 months?

Can you believe that Andrew is already 61/2 months? It seems like it was just yesterday he was born. He is getting so big. He is such a cutie and such a happy little boy, we are enjoying having him in our family. The kids won't go to bed without making sure they have given him a hug and a goodnight kiss. I am so thankful to our Heavenly Father for letting us raise him, in our family.

He went to the doctor today for his check-up.
He weighs 17 lbs 12 oz. (50%)
He is 27 1/4 inches tall (80%) He is going to be a very tall boy I think.
His head circumference is 17 3/4 (50%)
And he has two teeth, with more trying to break through.

Here are a few pictures we have taken, enjoy!!
