Arrow of Light!!

Yesterday was pack meeting and Ryan was able to receive his Arrow of Light!! Yea, I am glad that is finished now it is on to the next step of Scouting for him. He was able to receive his Arrow of Light and crossover to the Boy Scouts last night. He actually doesn't turn eleven till the end of June but due to being out of town for the next two pack meetings, we took care of it this month. He was so excited to be able to get it, he kept reminding me that he needed a brown shirt, and that I had to hurry and finish his shadow box.

Ryan receiving his Arrow of Light.

Crossing over and becoming a Boy Scout!

His shadow box with all his accomplishments. Can you tell by his smile how excited he is??

Now on a lesser note we have been doing a lot of cleaning due to moving kids around and moving the office into the 'dining room', and knowing there was a lot of baby stuff that I just don't need anymore, I decided with a little prod from a friend to do the consignment sale coming up this weekend. It was kind of funny how much stuff that I had found to put in the sale. My friend just laughs because I was really hesitant about doing it, and I ended up finding so much stuff to consign, that I am enjoying having it out of my house. I am even putting all the winter stuff that we couldn't have this time away for the next sale.

Yes if you look closely there are two laundry baskets full of clothes, (mostly baby girl clothes), and lots of toys that the boys don't play with anymore. And yes I did keep a few for Andrew.

Easter/Spring Pictures

Now that Clark's and Emma's birthdays are over I can finally post our Easter/Spring pictures.

Clark (13yrs)

Ryan (10 Yrs)

Emma (8 yrs)

Andrew (8 1/2 months) I couldn't decide which picture was the best so I put in these three. I love his smile w/teeth in the last picture.

Soccer updates

Clark's team is off to a slow start. They are 1-0-3. If you don't understand that they have won 1 and tied 3. There are only 3 teams in their league so it seems like they just take turns beating each other. They will have a tournament in a couple of weeks, so we will see who comes out on top. I just love their uniforms, yes they were given the fluorescent pink socks from their coach and they are having a lot of fun with it.

Ryan is doing awesome as goalie! He has only let 2 goals get past him in 2 games, and last week nobody scored on him! Way to go!!! He did get to play a little bit of forward last week, he really likes to play goalie but he does like to come out of the goal every once in a while. His team is 1-2-0, awesome, way to go Mustangs!

Emma played a quarter as goalie, she did an awesome job just like her brother, no one score on her. She is really liking playing this Spring. She gets to play a little bit of everything still, she even had a little bit of a breakaway on Saturday. Good Job Emma!! Even though they don't keep score, Emma says they are 2-1-0.

Happy Birthday 8 year old!!!!

"This month is such a special one; It's birthday time for you.
We'd really like to celebrate Your happy day with you.
Zip-a-dee-ay and heigh-dee-ho, here's something we can do.
We'll sing a song that we all know, Happy Birthday to you!"

Can you believe that Emma is 8? Now all she talks about is getting baptized, but not only that, she is so excited to be getting baptized with her cousin this summer.

This year Emma had a "Hannah Montana" birthday party. She wanted to have some friends over to watch "Hannah Montana the Movie" and have cake and ice cream and play. So we decided that we would make bracelets and the girls had a lot of fun deciding what they wanted theirs to look like. Here are the beautiful bracelets. I thought the girls would all do about the same bracelets, but not one looked like the other, what creativity!!

Emma and all her friends!! Notice the candle is a "Hannah Montana" Guitar candle I thought it was great!!

Happy Birthday Emma!! I hope that you had a great day!

If I had one wish, then it would be
A happy, happy birthday to you from me!"

Can you believe that we have a teenager already? I feel so old!
I hope you had a great birthday yesterday!! More partying Friday night!!
(More pictures to come)

Here are the pictures, finally! Clark had an Xbox party, and that is was they did pretty much all night with the exception of playing a little bit of football and some pizza!
I Hope that you had a great time and a very Happy Birthday, Buddy!!!

HaPPy EaSTeR

We have had a wonderful Easter weekend! It all started off with an Easter Egg hunt at the church Wednesday night and General Conference over the weekend.

Easter Egg Hunt
They had areas for all of the youth, yes, even Clark was able to hunt for eggs. The kids have so much fun that this is something they look forward to every year. Thank you to those who take the time to put it together every year, it is always a great hit!!

Emma and Grace after the hunt. They are two silly girls!! I can never get a picture of the boys, I think they disappear on purpose, (so they don't have to have their picture taken). Oh well I will get them an other time!!!

Dying Easter Eggs

The kids love to dye their own eggs, they had a lot of fun. This year we bought a kit that had funny face stickers that you could put on the eggs after they were dyed. They thought that we awesome!! Clark even tried to make tie dyed eggs using a medicine dropper. It kind of worked but none the less they had fun and made some memories!! Yes here they are with their eggs!!

Even Andrew wanted to get in on the fun!!

Andrew's first Easter.

Such a handsome little man!!

Look at all this wonderful stuff, which one do I pick?

Can you tell what he wanted the most. Maybe next year he can actually eat the chocolate!
