VACATION!!!

and a short one at that. This year we weren't able to take a very long vacation to Utah to visit family and friends so if we missed you we are truly very sorry. Do to being very pregnant we had to get back here to have a baby (he thinks otherwise). I went to the doctor Monday and he is still breech, no dilation (37 weeks), and the ultrasound tech thinks that the placenta previa I had earlier in the pregnancy, is still there. So I go back tomorrow for a second opinion and if they think it's the same Friday is the day. But other than that we had a wonderful time. I am going to sum it up all in one entry so enjoy all the pictures and I won't try to bore you!!

One of the reasons we made sure that we went back this year was for the Kearl Reunion. It was Clark's family's turn to plan and host it. This year they had it at their property up in Idaho. It was a lot of fun and his Mother and sister's did a great job planning it. I thought I would put a picture of the four Kearl Sister's.

Diane, Julia, Lula and Audrey

4-Wheeling...You know us we can't go to the mountain's without taking a 4-wheeler trip, notice no me. That was the hardest thing to do, was to watch them go without me. I love to go on the rides. Especially when they go to find snow to go through. The first trip they went shooting but the second they went to find snow. Yes it is June 29th and they still found some snow to play in. It has been a little chillier there then normal for the season. They had a blast!!

The group that went!!

Emma
Uncle Alan and Clark
Uncle Alan and RyanWaiting for there turns to go through the snow. Ryan, Sarah, Emma and Clark. We made it to the top!!!

Horseshoes...
The men like to get together and play horseshoes, even the younger ones are starting to play.
I had just gotten over to the horseshoe pit when Clark threw a ringer and I actually got it on camera, his second throw missed but I got it landing. Way to go Clark!!

Lagoon...
We also can't go to Utah without taking the kids to Lagoon. It is a day they get to spend with their cousins. We had a big group this time, I think there was a total of thirteen kids out of four families. But they had fun and they didn't want to leave when it was closing. It was such a nice day no humidity and it started to rain as the park was closing. The nice thing about the rain there is it cools the temperature, so for me it felt wonderful. Here it just gets more humid with the rain.

We made Emma get on a roller coaster that she wasn't too sure about, dad had to bribe her with a BIG TREAT if she did. She did it and she loved it and went on it again. Her cousin Reagan and Aunt were in the seats behind her. (Reagan is the same age and loved it too!!)

There were so many kids that they couldn't all fit in one boat so they divided up and they even got their Aunt Liz to go with them. I think they ended up going on the rapids three times.

Our family mascots, Clark and Audrey! If you know the family that is their grandparents names .

Acting Goofy!! Nick, Emma, Reagan and Ally

We have had a wonderful summer so far, and what will make it better is having a new addition to our family here soon. We will keep you posted when that happens, so keep checking and I hope your summers are going great also!!!

Sounds like you had a wonderful time even though you missed your FAVORITE Utah Cousin!! J/K. Your family is growing up so much. Handsome young men and your darling little princess. Now you are adding to it. I wish you the very best with the delivery and new baby.

I was thinking of you the other day when I was high on the mountain top, and knew how badly you wish you could go. When I was about 37-38 weeks pregnant, I did go 4-wheeling. It was painfully refreshing! It hurt like crazy, but it was so worth the ride. (At that point, I didn't care if it would put me into labor - in fact, I would have welcomed it). And I could only go 5 mph! I'm glad you got to come back for a visit.
So today is Friday - does that mean your in having a baby as I write this? Oh, I hope so! Best wishes.
