The kids always look forward to the Trunk or Treat. I think it is they enjoy eating chili with friends and then going around to the trunks and getting candy. On of these years I will be on top and decorate my trunk. I always seem to run out of time and then nothing.

He actually sat and listened to the story, he would even shush the others around him. Usually he has to get up and check with mom during the lesson.

These two are the best of friends. If they see each other they have to say Hi to each other, even if they are across the room from each other.
Trick or Treating on Halloween night
Captain America. (I couldn't get him to wear his mask again.)
He runs around the house saying "I Cappon (Captain) America). So when we asked him what he was going to be for Halloween that is what he wanted to be. But then Sunday he found his "Jake" costume from last year and he also wanted to wear it. Luckily he had already decided with Captain America, and wear's Jake around the house.
He was cracking us up when he would go to the door, instead of trick or treat he would say trick or treasure (can you say to much "Jake and the Neverland Pirates"), and then his "sanks" after they would put the candy in his bucket.

Clark decided he wasn't going this year he wanted to pass out candy (I don't even have a picture of him this year). So this year dad went with us, he usually stays home and passes out the candy. I thought the kids in the neighbor were going to skip it this year, we sat there waiting and waiting and no one was going around and this is 5:45pm. usually we are running out the door trying to get pictures and get started while there are kids swarming the house. Not this year, finally at 6:00pm we decided to start and I think we were the first trick or treaters at several houses. The kids were getting anxious and wanted to head out, but by the time we got back near the house they were ready to be done. We took the wagon for Andrew so if he got tired we could just pull him, nope he had to get into the wagon after every house, be pulled maybe ten feet jump out run to the door and then do it all over again. We finally talked him into running with the other two, he finally did it, but by the time we were a bout a block away from the house he was laying down in the wagon. The other two would run to the door and we would ask him if he wanted to go with them, his reply was no, until they were walking back and then he decided he wanted to go too but mom had to go with him, and be carried. He would still say "trick or treasure" and "sanks" but he was done. Good thing we were on our street and we could go home. All in all it was a fun and memorable evening for the kids, and maybe mom and dad.

They are always excited to get their stash. Within the next few days we will combine it all so they don't eat it and make themselves sick.
